I discovered two or three words the meanings of which I had completely wrong until today. It also clarifies why it's a must to understand what some expressions like intervals mean ...because in music they mean more than just one thing i.e. either a distance or a spectrum within it that is not necessarily the congruent spectrum for a same distance elsewhere etc.
